Peri Bottles

You need one. Not the squeeze bottle the hospital gives you (though take that too - it's fine in a pinch and if you never use it your 10mo will love it as a bath toy that doesn't get moldy). The angled ones from FridaMom or Lansinoh that you can actually aim without contorting yourself are the peri bottles you need for your body immediately.

Brand doesn't matter. They both work. Pick whichever one is cheaper or available faster.

Bring one to the hospital with you. I know that sounds like overkill. It's not. Then keep one in every bathroom of your house AND in your shower, unless you have a gentle shower wand. We also have a bidet, which has been great, but only if you can dial the pressure way down. The standard "pressure wash your poop away" setting is too much.
